I cannot say enough good things about my experience with YES! Embroidery. I had a need for same-day patches to be made for our work uniforms, and no idea where to start. I called about 5 places before I made my way to them, and Christine, Eli, Carina….the whole team really just moved mountains to get what we needed done the SAME DAY.

I was getting quotes for 2 weeks at best elsewhere. Also, the quality was amazing….really great little enterprise being run here and I strongly recommend.

I had reached out for a quote on a custom logo product and heard back within an hour of my request! Although I have not placed an order yet, I wanted to leave a review for the customer service I received by Christen.

She was extremely attentive, answered all of my questions professionally and followed up with me multiple times on my quote. I appreciate the care factor this company puts into their customer service, as it makes me believe they do the same with the handling of their products.

Yes to YES! So amazingly professional, thorough, communicative, and creative with their solutions. Coco took the job so personally and held our hand through the whole process – sending photos, giving us plenty of options to choose from – SO amazing to work with.

A very pleasant transaction. I love the work that Eli at Yes! Embroidery did for me. I wanted to have my company’s logo embroidered on some hats and didn’t know where to go. After doing some research online I came across this business and decided to give it a shot.

I couldn’t be any more happier with my hats. Eli was very communicative, the price was fair and the turn around very fast. Yes! Embroidery is the best!!!!

The experience with Christen and her team was exceptional. It’s obvious they are passionate toward their craft and genuinely care about the needs of their customers. The design and quality of patches is outstanding. My order required multiple colors and fine, detailed images. I must admit, at the beginning, I was concerned because my design was very busy. But Christen assured me all would be okay. She was more than right. The patches are exactly what I imagined. Christen was professional, flexible, and timely regarding deadlines. I will recommend Yes! Embroidery as a first choice for patch design, and I will definitely use their service again without hesitation!

Used YES! Embroidery to create patches and sew onto bags for a holiday gift to our employees. Eli and staff were professional, fast, an absolute breeze to work with even on a short turnaround time. Most importantly, the finished product was perfect. We’ll be using them again, would highly recommend anyone in the LA area consider them as well.

They were great! I had an issue with another vendor and needed patches made ASAP so stumbled upon this place. Super quick reply, easy to work with and they turned them around in a few business days. Very good quality. Saved my butt and will definitely use them in the future!

YES! Embroidery was FANTASTIC to work with! My job was a small “one-off” so a lot of work for minimum return for them + the image was subtle & difficult to get right. From start to finish working with “YES” was a fantastic experience! The final product (embroidered ball caps for and EXPO) were of course superb with great attention to detail and high quality standards that are very noticeable. In addition to that, the entire process leaning up to the finished product was professional and precise with very quick responses to questions and attention to detail. I will be using them again in the near future.

I needed a quick turnaround for embroidery on a grad sash, drop-off Wednesday and pick-up Friday. I contacted multiple shops in the area. Most shops weren’t able to meet my needs.

Loved my experience with YES! Embroidery! They did a stitching job on a jacket of mine and it looks great. The whole process took about 3 days, and they were very communicative through all of it.

I originally wanted text below the jacket logo, but they called and said they’d have to seal up an inside pocket. I greatly appreciated them checking first, because I didn’t want to lose the functionality of that pocket.

Professional team, up front with their pricing, and friendly. Would definitely recommend them!

I needed to get some work shirts done quickly for an upcoming company event and Yes Embroidery came through big time. I had embroidery done many times in the past but the experience with Yes Embroidery has been nothing but the best.

I needed some custom embroidered hats and these wonderful folks absolutely delivered. I cam up with the idea for Christmas gifts and thought there was no way they could be completed on time. I emailed the team and Christen got back to me after only a few minutes.

I never had to wait on responses and they said they could get my custom beanies finished within a week. My mind was totally blown! Kimberly helped me the rest of the way. Those two were so helpful, so nice, abs so professional. The whole experience was a great one. This company is one of the greats and treats their customers so well. Very pleased with the costumer service and how wonderful the beanies turned out. Five stars all around. Thank you for being so wonderful to work with, so reasonably priced, and with such a fast turnaround.

YES! Embroidery is hands down the best embroidery shop in LA! I started my first project with them in March and will begin my fifth project with them this month. YES! excels in every avenue from quality, to attention to detail, to customer service, to turn around time.

Christen is amazing! She is, and has been, kind, patient and understanding with me, being new to the industry, and has helped me every step of the way. It’s this kind of customer service that develops lifelong customers and I can say, without hesitation, that I’m one of them. The best of the best! I have had the most amazing experiences there. I work in production and in a time crunch they are there!! And then, on a personal note, the team helped me created something for my big day! I can’t say enough about Eli and his team.

We were in need of getting some clothes(over 100 pieces) printed in a limited time frame. Christen was fantastic in providing details on quotes as we were first time clients.

YESS! It took me forever to write this review. But I absolutely ADORE Yes! Embroidery.

I looked into different embroidery places and Yes! is definitely the fastest in getting embroideries done. I placed an order on a Friday and received them by the next Thursday.

The quality is awesome and well worth the price.

The customer service is amazing and I will definitely be coming back again.
